We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 3-day return window for items that meet our eligibility criteria. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all authenticity tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' within 3 days of receiving your package to receive a return authorization.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email which must be used to send the items back to our verification center.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the item in its original packaging and outer box, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our specialists will inspect the item to verify its condition and authenticity; once cleared, your refund will be issued as GOAT credit or to your original payment method.
